Zengo

Zengo is a self-custodial cryptocurrency wallet that replaces seed phrases with Multi-Party Computation (MPC) and biometrics, founded in 2018. The private key is split into a Personal Share stored on the user's device and a Remote Share secured on Zengo's servers, which combine to sign each transaction. Zengo lets users store, trade and recover digital assets without managing a seed phrase, and was acquired by eToro in 2026.
